Lacroo Pro API

Read Lacroo Pro data with an access token from Integrations.

Base URL

https://api.lacroo.ai

Send the token as Authorization: Bearer <token>, or use Basic auth with any username and the token as the password.

Stability

beta: may change before it is stable.
stable: frozen. A field is never removed or retyped; new optional fields may appear.

Writes

Send an Idempotency-Key header (a UUID) with every write. The same key within 24 hours returns the first answer. Using a key for a different request answers 409 idempotency_key_reuse; a repeat while the first is still running answers 409 idempotency_in_flight.

Errors

Every error is {"error": "<code>", "message": "<text>", "trace_id": "<id>"}. Quote the trace_id when you contact support.

Under /odata/v4/ errors use the OData shape, {"error": {"code": "<code>", "message": "<text>", "innererror": {"trace_id": "<id>"}}}, with the same codes. A bad query option is bad_request, and one Lacroo does not support is not_implemented; target names the option.

Limits

Requests are limited per token. Over the limit you get 429; retry later. A full Power BI refresh may briefly reach the limit; Power BI waits and retries automatically.

Sensitive fields

Contact details need the personal:contact scope and diversity details the personal:diversity scope; without them those fields are null. Rates are always null for tokens. Secrets are never returned.
