Inductions Export
One Excel workbook of every induction sign-on across your projects, with every answer. The file is named inductions-export-YYYY-MM-DD-HHmm.xlsx, for example inductions-export-2026-09-25-1043.xlsx, as in Lacroo Core. In your report history it is titled Inductions Export - All projects, Inductions Export - <project> for one project, or Inductions Export - 3 projects.
Where it is
- Reports › Compliance › Inductions Export.
- Export all projects on Short Term Inductions, next to Export XLSX. It opens the report; it never starts one by itself.
Export XLSX on Short Term Inductions exports the register of the one project you are on.
How to run it
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Projects | All projects, or the projects you pick. Only projects with an induction form are listed. |
| Signed on | From and To, whole days in each project’s calendar, both included. Blank means every sign-on. |
A line under the filters says about how many sign-ons the file will hold. Click Generate. You get an email when the file is ready. The file is kept for 30 days. When nothing matches, there is no file: the run says “No inductions found.”
Who can run it
People whose role has Inductions › Manage inductions on the project. By default that is the master admin, organisational manager, project admin and engineer roles. Supervisors, field roles, clients and suppliers do not see it.
| Person | Projects in the file |
|---|---|
| Master admin, organisational manager | Every project in the organisation with an induction form, archived projects included. |
| Everyone else with Manage inductions | The projects they are a member of. |
On every project, the person’s role on that project must still have Manage inductions. A project where their role is changed to one without it is left out of All projects, and cannot be picked.
The projects you can reach are the only limit: the file holds every sign-on on them, whoever supervised it. The projects are fixed when you click Generate. If you later lose access to one of them, the download is refused.
The three sheets
Sign Ons
One row per sign-on.
| # | Column | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Project | The project’s name. |
| 2 | Org | Your organisation’s name. |
| 3 | Sign On Date | dd/mm/yyyy in the project’s time zone. |
| 4 | Sign On Time | For example 08:12 am, in the project’s time zone. |
| 5 | Signee | Who signed on (see below). |
| 6 | Role | The induction role they signed on as, for example Visitor or Driver. |
| 7 | Title | The induction’s title (see below). |
| 8 | # Questions | How many questions the visitor was asked. |
| 9 | # Answered | How many of them have an answer. |
| 10 | Sign-On ID | The sign-on’s ID. |
Then one column per question, headed with the question’s text. Questions with the same text on different forms share one column. The busiest question comes first, then alphabetical order. A question named like a column above, for example Role, is headed Role (2). When one sign-on answered the same question twice, both answers are in the cell, one per line.
The questions include the visitor’s own details (Full Name, Email, Company, Phone Number) and the accepted Declaration, unless the form already asks them.
Responses Detail
One row per question put to each visitor, in the same order as Sign Ons.
Project, Sign On Date, Sign On Time, Signee, Role, Question, Field Type, Answer, Sign-On ID.
Field Type is Free Text, Dropdown, Checkbox or Date Time for forms brought across from Lacroo Core, and the question’s own type (for example Date or Number) otherwise.
Summary by Project
One row per project: Project, Org, Total Sign Ons, Visitors, Drivers, First Sign On, Last Sign On. The busiest project comes first. Visitors and Drivers count the sign-ons under those two roles; other roles count in Total Sign Ons only. First Sign On and Last Sign On are the earliest and latest Sign On Date of that project.
Answers
- A tick-box with one option shows Yes or No. No counts as answered.
- Several ticked options, a dropdown or a multi-select show the chosen options joined with
,. - A date and time shows as
dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm amin the project’s time zone. A date on its own shows asdd/mm/yyyy. - An unanswered question is an empty cell.
Signee
The visitor’s own name. If it is blank, their answer to Full Name, Visitor Name, Driver Name or Name (in that order), else their First Name and Last Name answers. If there is none, (unknown).
Title
For forms brought across from Lacroo Core, Core’s own title (for example Riverside Road Upgrade Sign On), for every sign-on on that form. For forms created in Pro, <Role> Short Term Induction, for example Visitor Short Term Induction.
Which sign-ons
Every sign-on on the chosen projects: archived projects, retired roles and answers to questions since removed from the form are all included. Deleted sign-ons, and sign-ons on a deleted form, are left out.
The newest sign-on comes first: by the day in the project’s calendar, then by time.
Differences from Lacroo Core
- Only people who can manage inductions can run it, and only for projects they can reach. Core’s export had no permission check and held every organisation’s visitors.
- Every sign-on on a project is included. Core missed sign-ons its project list did not point at.
- Signee never shows a company or an escort’s name, and prints a visitor’s full name rather than their first name only.
- A question named Role gets its own column instead of blanking the Role column.
- Within a day, the newest sign-on comes first. Core showed the oldest first.
- First Sign On, Last Sign On and the time in the file name use the project’s time zone, not the time zone of the computer that ran the export.
- Title is never blank, including for forms created in Pro.
- When nothing matches, there is no empty file: the run says “No inductions found.”
