ModulesSign-ons Report

Sign-ons Report

A table of every sign-on on one project in a date range, with the docket made from each sign-on and the worker’s sign-up answers. You can view it on screen and download it as a CSV.

Every sign-on is included: sign-ons to a prestart, Start Shift sign-ons (a QR scan with no prestart), and sign-ons brought over from Lacroo Core.

Where it is

Reports › Field reporting › Sign-ons. The report covers the project you have open.

Who can run it

Anyone with Reports › View admin reports who is a member of the project. By default that is the master admin, organisational manager, project admin and engineer roles.

A person whose prestart access is limited sees only the sign-ons they may see on the Sign On Workbench: the ones they supervise or are an associated supervisor on, the ones on prestarts they created, or, for an engineer, the ones of the supervisors they are assigned to (every sign-on when none are assigned).

How to run it

FilterWhat it does
Start date, Stop dateWhole days in the project’s calendar, both included. They start at the last 30 days. Up to 2 years.
SupervisorsOnly the sign-ons these people supervise. Empty means everyone, including Start Shift sign-ons with no supervisor.

Generate shows the report on screen. Export CSV downloads the same rows as sign-ons-report-<start>_<stop>.csv. It is off when nothing matched. After you change a filter, the old result stays dimmed until you generate again.

A sign-on’s day is the day recorded on the sign-on; if none, the prestart’s date; if none, the day it was signed.

Sign-up questionsOne column for each of the project’s worker sign-up questions, with the worker’s answer.

Dates and times are in the project’s time zone.

The Supplier column

Supplier is the company the worker works for, taken from the first of:

  1. the supplier on the docket made from this sign-on;
  2. the supplier the worker is engaged through on this project;
  3. the supplier on the worker’s profile;
  4. the supplier name typed on the worker’s profile.

The head contractor (the company that owns the project) is never shown as a worker’s supplier. When one of the first three names the head contractor, the next one is used instead, so the head contractor’s own staff have a blank Supplier.

Docket Supplier is different: it is the docket’s own supplier, so it can show the head contractor.
