Supplier Dockets Export
Your company’s docket lines, ready to check and invoice.
Where to find it
- Supplier portal › Reports › Dockets Export.
- Or click Export on the Dockets page.
Who can run it
Anyone who uses the supplier portal. You only ever get your own company’s dockets and lines.
Choosing what’s in it
- Projects: every project your company works on or has worked on, including projects you were removed or suspended from. Leave it empty for all projects.
- From / To: the shift day, first and last day included. It starts on this month.
- Resources: your people and machines. Machines end in “(plant)”. Leave it empty for everyone.
Before you click Generate, the form shows how many rows the file will have. If some dockets have no price yet, it also shows how many, for example “1 docket not priced”.
Which dockets appear
Submitted, reviewed and confirmed dockets. Not drafts, not dockets waiting for supervisor sign-off, and not material deliveries.
What a row is
- One priced line per row. On each docket: contract lines first, then added lines, then prestart lines.
- A docket with no price yet gets one row with the amounts blank.
- Some older dockets have an extra prestart row at the end.
