Who Sees a Contract
A contract’s rates, rules and rate lines are commercial. Who sees them depends on their role, and for field workers on their place on the project.
Office roles
Anyone with Manage contracts, View docket pricing or Edit docket pricing sees every contract of the project, with its rates and rate lines. A role held on one project counts on that project only.
A contract’s documents and AI extractions are for Manage contracts only.
Field workers
A field worker sees their supplier’s contracts on the project they are working on.

- One project at a time. A worker on several projects sees, on each one, only that project’s contracts.
- Their supplier only. A worker never sees another supplier’s contracts.
- Rates wait for verification. A worker the head contractor verifies onto a supplier counts as that supplier’s worker on that project.
