Short Term Inductions — Sign-On Register
The Short Term Inductions admin page (/admin/inductions) carries the sign-on register: every worker sign-on recorded against the org’s Short Term Induction form, filterable by role, date range, and worker name.
The date range’s From and To are whole days in the project’s time zone, both included: From starts at midnight and To runs to the end of the day. The XLSX export uses the same days.
QR code
QR Code on the Inductions page opens the induction’s QR: the image, the direct link it encodes (https://app.lacroo.ai/sign-on/<form id>), the project name and the organisation logo, with Download PNG and Print Card. The same QR is in QR Manager (Admin → Config) and on the printed A4 card.
Every project with an induction form has a working QR. Pro only ever serves its own QR for the form: when the stored image is missing, or is not Pro’s own (a project migrated from Lacroo Core carried Core’s QR, which opened core.lacroo.com), the QR is drawn fresh from the form’s link instead. Signage printed from Core does not open Pro — reprint it from QR Manager.
Register table
The register runs on the shared table system, so it gets the standard view controls in the toolbar:
- Density — Table (comfortable) or Compact. Compact collapses the register to a tight Excel-like grid.
- Columns — show/hide any column, including the custom-field columns below.
Custom-field columns
Each role’s induction form can define custom fields, and the register pivots the answers into real columns — one column per custom field. With a role filter applied you see that role’s fields; unfiltered, the register shows the union of custom fields across all roles (a sign-on that never answered a field shows an empty cell). Custom-field columns participate in the Columns picker like any other column.
A question named like a fixed column, or like another question, gets a number: a Company question beside the fixed Company column reads Company (2).
Dates and times are in the project’s time zone (Dates & Times).
XLSX export
Export XLSX starts an export of every sign-on matching the current filters — never just the visible page. Exports run in the background, so large registers don’t block the browser:
- Click Export XLSX. The job appears in the Exports panel as Pending, then Running.
- When it completes, a Download button appears. The workbook’s columns are the register’s fixed columns plus one column per custom field, mirroring what the register shows for those filters.
- Downloads stay available for 30 days, then expire.
Notes:
- Clicking Export XLSX again with identical filters returns the existing job instead of starting a duplicate.
- An export that matches zero sign-ons still completes — the workbook just contains headers.
- Each person sees and downloads only their own exports.
- A failed export shows a short reason in the Exports panel and has a Retry button, which runs it again with the same filters. Deleting an export removes its workbook.
- An export never sits on Pending or Running for long: deleting one stops it, one still running is left to finish (up to 30 minutes), and one that has stopped is marked failed within about 10 minutes (
Export interrupted — please retry). One that never began saysExport couldn't start — please retry.
To export every project in one workbook, use Export all projects (Inductions Export).
Sign On Workbench — worker search
The Sign On Workbench (/admin/sign-ons) has a Search worker… field in its filter bar. The search runs server-side across the full result set — not just the loaded page — so a worker’s sign-ons are findable however deep the list goes. Type a name and press Enter (or click away) to apply; it combines with the other workbench filters.
- Export CSV downloads up to 20,000 of the workbench’s sign-ons; above that it asks you to choose fewer dates.
signed_atis the project’s time with its offset, for example2026-04-07T08:10:00+10:00. The file is named for the project’s today, for examplesign-ons-export-2026-04-07.csv. See Dates & Times. - Workforce Log opens the Workforce Log report for the same day and supervisor.
